Crime_generic-150x150_thumb.jpgPolice are looking for the man who shot and killed a bystander during a violent confrontation at the gas station on the Interstate 35 service road at Eighth Street Sunday morning.

Two men were arguing around 1:40 a.m., and one of them shot, striking 24-year-old Tynarion Warren, who was not part of the disagreement. Warren was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Police have released surveillance video of the shooter, below.

The shooter is between 20 and 30 years old, 5-foot-10 to 6 feet tall and weighs at least 200 pounds. He was wearing a dark shirt, dark pants and a large necklace. He was driving a red or maroon Cadillac sedan with 22-inch rims and HID headlights.
