The Fort Worth Opera is expanding its popular Opera Shots event to Dallas, and it’s coming to our neighborhood first.

The opera’s 2013 festival chorus will perform composer Patrick Soluri’s 10-minute English comic opera, “Figaro’s Last Hangover,” during Opera Shots, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Monday, March 4, at the Foundry. After that, singers will perform well-known arias and duets. Soluri will be on hand for questions and photos.

The event is free, but registration is required.
