Alternative farmer Joel Salatin is the keynote speaker at Urban Acres’ “A Steward Dinner,” family-style farm-to-table meal at Four Corners Brewing Co. Tuesday, March 26.
The dinner features dishes prepared by chefs Sharon Hage, Graham Dodds, Chad Houser, Nicole Van Camp and Mark Molter. And the organic ingredients come from local farms — Caprino Royale in Waco, Sand Creek Farm in Cameron, Larken Farms in Waxahachie and Richardson Farms in Rockdale.
Tickets cost $125 a person and proceeds go toward providing scholarships for farmers to a workshop with Salatin. Buy tickets here.
