This weekend: Neighborhood symposium, dog park, prom

22761129524596439The annual Old Oak Cliff Conservation League’s annual neighborhood symposium is from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, April 27.

The Swoon Event and Etsy Dallas Spring Bash are this weekend.

The Elmwood Neighborhood Association hosts a pop-up dog park, ElmWoolf, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, April 28 in the 2100 block of South Edgefield.

Prom Squared, the Promise House’s fundraiser at the Kessler Theater, starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 27.

The Davis Foundry gallery opens “PIECES,” a group show with work from Andy Amato, Willie Baronet, Danielle Georgiou, Hillary Holsonback, Emily Loving and Robin Myrick. An artists reception is from 7-10 p.m. Saturday, April 27, and the show runs through May 25.

The Texas Theatre is screening “Days of Heaven” and “Upstream Color.
