While there are a couple of things going on in Oak Cliff to celebrate the Fourth of July, there is a whole lot going on at Fair Park for the Fourth.
The new Summer Adventures — where you can ride the midway, visit the museums and roam the Fair Park grounds — is offering a family day for $89 and will stay open late, until 10 p.m. July 4.
The Cotton Bowl festivities start at 4:30 and are free on a first-come first-serve basis. Here is the full schedule:
