Pulled boar barbecue sandwiches, duck tacos and elk sausage are all on the menu of Waldron Lodge, a new Bishop Arts District restaurant from the owners of Whitehall Exchange. The restaurant opened Thursday in a renovated space on Seventh Street, right behind Bishop Street Market.
Chef Beau Johnson also is offering frog legs, game meat jerky, a bison burger, rabbit sausage stew, pulled boar chilaquiles, salads, fish and steak. Menu prices range from $7-$29.
