Do you follow Zoli’s NY Pizza on Instagram? If not, I have to say, take a peek but maybe don’t even follow them. They are driving us crazy, posting three or four pictures of amazing-looking pizza every day as they test their new ovens. Pizza we can’t have yet. Sometimes I think they are taunting us. And there’s still at least four weeks of this teasing to come. Owner Jay Jerrier told City of Ate that he expects the restaurant, on Davis at Zang, to open sometime around Aug. 1. Whenever you open, Zoli’s, I promise I will be there. Just please stop playing with my pizza emotions!
