Bridge Lacrosse is a local nonprofit that teaches kids to be team players, the responsibilities of being student athletes, camaraderie, health and nutrition all through after-school lacrosse.
The athletes include students from Oak Cliff public schools, and Bridge Lacrosse is celebrating its fifth anniversary this week at Trinity Groves.
The party, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, includes cocktails, cake and a silent auction.
Individual tickets cost $100, and all proceeds go to the lacrosse teams.
