Students from the Trinidad Garza Early College High School at Mountain View College won a competition produced by Commercial Real Estate Women Nov. 8.
The students crafted a plan to develop a piece of commercial property in the Harry Hines/Oak Lawn area. They visited the site and developed a plan complete with a financial analysis and presented it to judges.
Each team member won a $100 gift certificate. The winning team is Michelle Garcia, Kelsy Garza, Valerie Rangel, Ana Karen Martinez and Tsendenya Gereyesus.
