Police diverted traffic from the intersection of West Jefferson and Tenth for hours Saturday after a 2 p.m. car accident that killed three people.
Police say Jessica Barrientos was speeding when she lost control of her car and hit a light pole and another car on Jefferson. Barrientos died at the scene. Her passengers, 22-year-old Agustin Gatez Molina, and his mother, 66-year-old Maria Molina, later died.
