Chino Chinatown’s menu includes cochinita pibil steam buns, duck fat fried rice, lobster shooters and “phozole.” The restaurant will be open Monday-Saturday for dinner and late nights. A dim sum brunch will begin next month.

Chef Uno Immanivong was a contestant on ABC’s “The Taste,” and her partner in Chino is restaurateur Adrian Verdin.

There also will be a late-night menu with items from $4-$9 and $6 cocktails.

Celebrity barman Jason Kosmas designed the drink menu, which also features cocktails by the pitcher.
