It is the first installment of CinéWilde, a monthly series of LGBTQ films. The Texas also is showing an anime feature, “Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo.” And at 8 p.m. Saturday, it’s “Found vs. Found vs. AV Geeks,” a collection of found videos, films and notes.

Yells at Eels and Forgotten Space perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Allgood Cafe in a benefit show for La Rondalla, the Oak Cliff Cultural Center’s youth music program.
