Bolsa launched a new food and cocktail menu this week, and photographer Elliott Muñoz sent us these images. The new cocktails include the stubborn mule, made with vodka, lime, mint and ginger beer; the Oak Cliff creeper, with acai spirit, Cointreu, citrus and strawberry; the big cat, with Maker’s Mark, sweet vermouth, bitters and orange oil; and Violet Beauregard, with Tito’s vodka, St. Germain, blueberries, basil and a red wine floater.
