Norma’s Cafe celebrates national grilled cheese day Friday, April 11, with a new sandwich — mac and cheese grilled cheese.
That’s Texas toast stuffed with mac and cheese and bacon, served with a pickle spear.
And it wouldn’t be a gratuitous food holiday at Norma’s without something free. Norma’s will serve one free grilled cheese to all dine-in customers that day, while supplies last.
