We thought the Jefferson Viaduct would revert to one-way traffic by now and that the Houston Street bridge would be open by now.
But repairs to the Houston Street bridge haven’t been completed, and that could take up to six months. The Oak Cliff Streetcar is expected to open in March, and automobile traffic will run alongside the streetcar tracks.
