This thing about “the myth of gentrification” from the Dallas Morning Views blog is kind of interesting: “Meanwhile, the Latino population of Oak Cliff remains largely stable and, in fact, is growing — as it is citywide, particularly in Dallas’ southern half. And the aging white population is being replaced by two-income-no-kids couples … who are increasingly becoming couples with children.”
