This weekend: Record documentary, short films, brewery tour, chili

The Kessler Theater shows a movie Friday. It’s a documentary, “Records Collecting Dust,” about the record collections of underground music stars. The Black Dotz and Peter Harper perform after the 8 p.m. movie. Robyn Hitchcock performs at the Kessler Sunday.

The Texas Theatre shows 2015 Oscar nominated documentary short films Thursday and Sunday. They’re also showing “The Duke of Burgundy” and “Ida,” as well as the ultra-running running documentary “100: Head/Heart/Feet” and “Enter the Dangerous Mind.”
