The Dallas Grilled Cheese Co., which opened in the Bishop Arts District a little under a year ago, has a new chef and an improved menu.
The restaurant, which is featured in the November Advocate, also has a new brunch menu.
It’s available from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and it’s simple. There’s a sweet Monte Cristo with mascarpone and strawberry jam, a hash sandwich and a sandwich with ham, bacon and cheese.
