Jingle Bells on Bishop starts at 4 p.m. Friday with free pictures with Santa until 10 p.m. and live music from 5-10 p.m. On Saturday, pictures with Santa are from noon-4 p.m., and live music goes from 1 p.m.-9 p.m.
