Earth Day contest calls for flower-inspired kids’ art

Earth Day is not until April, but kids can start celebrating early in preparation for the North Oak Cliff Library’s art contest.

The Oak Cliff Earth Day art contests asks students in kindergarten-12th grade to create original art that is inspired by flowers in Oak Cliff.

Entries must be received by 6 p.m. Friday, March 25, at any Dallas Public Library. Winners will be announced at Oak Cliff Earth Day at Lake Cliff Park on April 10.

Here is the entry form.
