Remember the Decadent Dub Team? If not, you might be youngish: “The group was one of the original practitioners of sampling, mash-up culture, industrial influenced hip-hop, and found audio sound collage.” Its first single “Six Gun” was remixed by Dr. Dre and appeared on the soundtrack for the 1988 movie “Colors.” They perform at the Kessler Friday.

The Texas Theatre shows “Creative Control” all weekend. Fellini’s “City of Women” shows at 9 p.m. Friday.

Daniel Bachman, chosen as one of  “10 New Artists You Need to Know” by “Rolling Stone in June 2015 (although he just put out his seventh album), performs at The Foundry Saturday.
