The unfinished Marlborough house is set for redemption.
Investors known as Marlborough Partners LLC bought the property at 422 N. Marlborough, which has been under construction and vacant for at least eight years.
The investors plan to turn the property into a duplex, according to a Facebook missive from City Councilman Scott Griggs.
The house first went on the market in May 2014. It started out as the planned dream home of neighbor Ricardo Torres, but a number of missteps led to a financial inability to compete the house.
