Show us the money: Sizing up DISD candidates by the dollars

Early voting began this week, and Election Day is Saturday, May 7 for the two candidates seeking to replace former Dallas Independent School District trustee Eric Cowan. The candidates filed reports of campaign donations and expenses, required by the state 30 days prior to the election, and we’re giving you the breakdown of how each campaign is faring, at least according to dollar signs.

Isaac Faz has raised 3.6 times as much as his opponent Audrey Pinkerton; as of April 7, he’d already spent more than the total her campaign had raised.
