The Island Spot Jamaican restaurant is now hiring, and it’s expected to open soon at Jefferson Tower.
Owner Richard Thomas opened The Island Spot in Carrolton in June 2010 and has since received good reviews for braised oxtails and jerk chicken.
The Oak Cliff location, on Jefferson at Madison, could open as soon as Friday, June 24.
