The shop offers an “evolving array of artisan cheese, charcuterie, and, as its name suggests, chutneys and other accompaniments,” according to a media release from the Fosters.

More from the release:

They offer small-farm offerings running the spectrum from American stalwarts like Northern California’s Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog, to Texan award-winners like Veldhuizen’s Texas Gold Cheddar and hometown favorites like Deep Ellum Blue from Dallas’ Mozzarella Company. They also carry top-line cheese knives and tools, as well as exotic wood boards made by Jason Beard, a Houston artist. Accompaniments include a wide and colorful variety of savories and sweets, the centerpiece of which are hand-crafted chocolates created especially for them by the artists at CocoAndré.

The Fosters also plan to add sandwiches, wine and beer eventually.

The shop is open 1-7 p.m. Tuesday-Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. A grand opening party is noon-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20.
