A block party at Southwest Center Mall Saturday, July 30, will include an attempt to set the world record for the longest Soul Train line. About 500 people need to shimmy down the line to make the Guinness Book of World Records.
The event, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., also includes “family entertainment” and access to Dallas County services.
