Bastille on Bishop is now Dallas Bastille Days. It starts with a celebration in the Bishop Arts District from 6-10 p.m. Thursday, July 14. There will be performers, crepes, wine and more. The celebration continues from 6 p.m.-midnight in the Dallas Arts District. A highlight of that event will be acrobats flying through the air. The events are free, but tickets to eat and drink cost $25-$50 and are available on ¸.

The Laughing Willow organized a night of singing to memorialize of the Dallas Police Officers killed last week. The event, “A Night of Neighborhood Harmony,” is from 8-11 p.m. Sheet music with lyrics and candles will be provided.

Jim Suhler and Monkey Beat host an album release party at the Kessler Friday.

A screening of “Gimme Shelter” at 5 p.m. Saturday is among the Texas Theatre’s offerings this weekend.
