The enormous West Dallas real estate development, Trinity Groves, recently published a marketing video, apparently aimed at drawing investors and builders.
The video, embedded below, touts Trinity Groves as the envy of other cities, “serving as the catalyst for bringing hundreds of thousands of visitors a year to a once blighted area.”
Future plans for the site are enumerated: A boutique hotel, 1,000 apartments and high-rise office buildings.
With entitlement support from the city, allowing for over 9 million feet of construction with no height restrictions, the sky truly is the limit.
