This weekend: James Baldwin, yoga on the bridge, parties and more

The Texas Theatre offers the 2006 dystopian thriller “Children of Men” Thursday at 9 p.m. And then “I Am Not Your Negro,” an Academy Award-nominated documentary that imagines James Baldwin’s unfinished last book, shows at 7 p.m. Friday.

The All Out Trinity Fest, which includes yoga on the bridge and many other events, kicks off Saturday morning.

The Wild Detectives hosts a launch party for a card company, Questionable Company, starting at 7 p.m. Saturday. Expect comedy, food on sticks and Honor tequila.

Top Ten Records throws a party Sunday afternoon as part of its ongoing fundraiser to renovate the shop, which is now a nonprofit.

The Second City improv comedy group comes to the Kessler Theater Sunday.
