Along with hundreds of new apartments coming to the Bishop Arts District, there also are several townhouse and condo projects.
Larkspur Development recently released the details of its 16-unit townhouse project on Elsbeth Street.
The project, in the 600 block, will have red-brick exteriors, warehouse windows and gooseneck lighting. The units are scheduled to be completed in late 2017.
This project, The Row on Elsbeth, is one of several building projects Larkspur has underway in Dallas. The Dallas-based developer has a number of townhouse developments in Old East Dallas, including a three-story complex of townhouses and apartments on Live Oak.
