This is the first time since 2007 that there will be no Oak Cliff Earth Day. The organizers are taking a hiatus. But the North Oak Cliff Library celebrates Earth Day at 11 a.m. Saturday with crafts, games and prizes.

Spinster Records celebrates Record Store Day beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday. They’ll have DJs and live music from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

Record Store Day at Top Ten Records is from 11 a.m.-7:30 p.m with “new releases, classics and rarities” on vinyl as well as new T-shirts, free buttons and free beer.

Catch “The Face of Emmett Till” at the Bishop Arts Theatre Center. It runs through Sunday.

Among the Texas Theatre’s offerings this weekend is a 35-mm print of “Days of Heaven.” It shows Sunday at 5 p.m.
