Cooking classes could come this summer to the West Davis space formerly occupied by Bouchon 1314.
Garnish Kitchen is the concept, from Aaron Hubbard, a former instructor for Le Cordon Bleu cooking schools.
Garnish will offer culinary, baking and pastry classes, from basics to advanced techniques, as well as wine-pairing instruction. Its Facebook page says classes would cost $50-$100.
While the core of the business will be culinary lessons, Hubbard told Culture Map that Garnish also will offer sandwiches and wine.
The place is expected to open in August.
