Wynnewood North pays tribute to fallen officers

The Wynnewood North Neighborhood Association is showing support for the police officers killed in the July 7, 2016 ambush Downtown.

Three of the four Dallas Police officers killed in last year’s attack were stationed at the Southwest Division in Oak Cliff. DART officer Brent Thompson, who was killed in the attack, also was stationed in Oak Cliff.

Debbie Olivarez-Martinez, a graphics designer for Methodist hospital, designed the posters paying tribute to the fallen officers. They’ll be posted at the neighborhood’s entrances all week.
