An Oak Cliff couple plans to move their craft brewery from Addison to West Dallas.
The Manhattan Project Beer Co. recently put six lots, bounded by Sulphur, Powell, Haslett and Yorktown, under contract, according to Towers Realty.
The 11,634-square-foot space will include a taproom and 4,000-square-foot beer garden as well as a warehouse and production facility.
The brewery, from Karl and Misty Sanford and partner Jeremy Brodt, opened in a rented space in Addison in 2013.
Renovations are expected to begin in October, and the brewery could open as soon as February 2018.
