Victim Lawan Fisher
An Oak Cliff man was shot and killed last week while bringing food home to his mother and children.
Lawan Fisher, 33, had just picked up food from a restaurant and was bringing it to his family at the Estrella Apartments on West Kiest when he was shot in the head on a second-story landing.
Fisher died at the hospital.
Police are unsure of the motive and do not have a description of a suspect.

This is the second fatal shooting at the Estrella Apartments this year.
In April, man shot and killed his would-be robber with the perpetrator’s own gun.
