And Oak Cliff renters also won’t be finding relief from high rents.

Any close-in neighborhood that has access to restaurants, entertainments and jobs centers is going to see growth. And since 40 percent of the people who live in D-FW are renters, the demand for apartments will continue to soar in places like Oak Cliff, East Dallas and Oak Lawn.
