The Dallas County Community College District Foundation will cover tuition for students of 23 Dallas ISD high schools, including seven in Oak Cliff.

Regardless of family income or grade-point average, graduates can receive free tuition at any Dallas County Community College District campus for three years or an associate’s degree, whichever comes first. The students also will be assigned a mentor.

Students wanting to take the offer must sign a “promise pledge” by Jan. 31.

Those who meet income requirements and have a GPA of 2.5 or better also qualify for free textbooks.

High schools eligible for the program include Adamson, Carter, Kimball, Molina, South Oak Cliff, Sunset, and Trini Garza. Find the full list of schools here.
