Permanent ramen is coming to Bishop Arts.
Chef Justin Holt of Lucia, whose personal obsession with ramen spurred a series of pop-up dinners beginning about five years ago, is opening his own ramen shop in Bishop Arts.
Salaryman held a sneak peek during Bastille on Bishop.
No opening date has been announced for the new restaurant, which is at 287 N. Bishop.
The restaurant will serve yakitori, ramen, shochu and whiskey.
