Rodolfo Tinoco
The Dallas Police Department is accusing 36-year-old Rodolfo Tinoco in the murder of a man whose body was found on a construction site near Rosemont.
Tinoco is accused of stabbing 28-year-old Daniel Rodriguez to death and dumping his body, where it was found the morning of Oct. 9.
