Sprouts Farmers Market will open a new store in Oak Cliff on June 20.
The Arizona-based grocery chain has aggressively expanded in Dallas-Fort Worth in recent years. Sprouts operates 26 stores in North Texas, three of which opened just last year.
The Oak Cliff store will be located at 1322 N. Hampton Road. The new Sprouts addresses a critical need for the nearby community, which is widely considered a food desert due to the lack of grocery stores.
Sprouts, which has a focus on organic and natural foods, has more than 380 stores nationwide with around 31,000 employees.
The grand opening event will include a ribbon cutting, giveaways, and more.
The store is holding walk-in interviews at Embassy Suites located at 2727 N. Stemmons Freeway May 7 and 8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
