Restaurant review: Tillman’s cupcakes

I decided to splurge yesterday after having lunch at Tillman’s (and yes, I did order the sweet potato fries). The waiter highly recommended the cupcake of the day, so I took him up on it.

He brought out a pretty hefty carrot cake cupcake decorated with a pile of maple sugar frosting. It was yummy — much better than Sprinkles‘ cupcakes (I just don’t understand the hype) with much more frosting — for a mere $3. And more than I could finish, especially after eating every last bite of my fries and chicken salad sandwich. I would recommend splitting it between two people.
