Oak Cliff barber gives car to teen on dialysis

Oak Cliff barber Myron Robinson watched 19-year-old Preston Smith wait for the bus near Robinson’s shop everyday to get to his dialysis appointments.

Smith had a kidney transplant when he was 5 years old, according to a story from Fox DFW, but his body recently rejected the kidney, so dialysis keeps him alive.

The barber, who also has had a kidney transplant, surprised Robinson Monday with a car. A customer gave the car to Robinson, and he fixed it up.

Check out the video of Robinson giving Smith the car.
