El Ranchito restaurant is throwing a carnival to celebrate its 30th anniversary, from 3-6 p.m. Wednesday, March 27.
The festivities include a bounce house, face painting, a mechanical bull, mariachis and free food.
Oscar and Laura Sanchez opened El Ranchito in 1983 after the success of La Calle Doce. The building in 1935 was the original Red Bryan’s Smokehouse, the predecessor of Sonny Bryan’s.
