    I am still trying to figure out what kind of person is so incredibly awful that they would steal a plant right out of the ground. I am a member of this neighborhood and we have worked very hard to improve things around here by trying to get everyone in the neighborhood involved and by spending the precious little money we have to do beautification projects like the planter.

    So nice to know that we live with people who are so morally bankrupt that they will steal from the neighborhood.
