Inforzato’s to offer cool lunches this summer

Antipasta Salad 062511Inforzato’s cafe, on West Davis at Elsbeth, will open for lunch starting next Thursday, June 27.

Husband-and-wife owners Jill Inforzato and Roger Simpson wanted to offer light lunches for the hot summer.

The lunch menu includes salads — antipasto; Texas brisket; beet, pear and gorgonzola; shrimp Louie; pesto chicken; curried rice; tropical chicken; tuna; and cheese tortellini.

Sandwiches include pimento, muffaletta, brisket and turkey and provolone with cranberry.

There will also be pizza by he slice and a salad bar for quick lunches, as well as call-ahead ordering, 214.943.2233.

Lunch will be served 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.

    Just heard today, July 10, that they are closing. Is this their decision or the landlord’s?
