Restaurant roundup: beer and music, Kitchen LTO, Zoli’s, fundraiser

002-concert-x2 Small Brewpub’s second concert is from 8-11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at a location which is disclosed once you RSVP.

City of Ate gave Kitchen LTO kudos for its simple drink menu. Chef Norman Grimm, the permanent pop-up restaurant’s first chef, is offering a $50 tasting menu every Wednesday, according to Eater.

Zoli’s received a favorable review from the Dallas Observer, which recommends ordering the fried artichokes and pizza by the slice rather than a whole pie.

Chefs Jeff Harris of Bolsa, Nathan Tate of Boulevardier, Chad Houser of Café Momentum, Graham Dodds of Hibiscus and Abraham Salum of Komali and Salum are cooking at the Trinity River Audubon Center this weekend. “A Feathered Affair,” from 7-11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, is a fundraiser benefiting education and improvements at the Audubon center. Tickets cost $75.
