This weekend: Gospel, cinema, literature

The Oak Cliff Cultural Center hosts the podcast “What is Cinema?” starting at 7 p.m. Friday. They’ll be discussing “cultural inequity, arts institutions and cinema, pertaining to Oak Cliff and Dallas.” Panelists include Rafael Tamayo of the Oak Cliff Cultural Center, Ariel Saldivar of the Oak Cliff Foundation, Mylan Nguyen of the Safe Room gallery and Barak Epstein of the Texas Theatre.
