Police arrested a 52-year-old man after they say his truck crashed into a car on Fort Worth Avenue at Westmoreland Friday night.
The man, who hasn’t been named, failed to yield the right-of-way, and his 1997 Nissan pickup hit a 2011 Chevrolet Impala around 11 p.m. A passenger in the Impala was unconscious and taken to the hospital in critical condition. The driver of the Impala suffered a broken arm.
The driver of the pickup also was injured and taken to the hospital. He was charged with two counts of intoxication assault.
