A pickup truck jumped a curb and crashed into the Valero station on Marsalis near Interstate 35 Monday, killing a skateboarder in his path.
Alfonso Sustaita, 26, was on a skateboard Monday afternoon when the truck hit and killed him. Sustaita, a restaurant worker, had two young children.
The driver of the truck, 34-year-old Jeramiah Daniel Huse, was arrested and charged with manslaughter. His bail was set at $50,000.
