The View at Kessler Park, formerly know as the Wedgwood high rise, is for sale.
The 11 story tower adjacent to Stevens Park Golf Course was built in 1965 and marketed as “the most luxurious rental high-rise in Dallas.”
The current owner is Turner Multifamily Impact Fund, which touts actress Eva Longoria as an investor. Turner bought the building in 2016.
The asking price wasn’t released.
